What should i do if my netcomm wireless device is not working?
It is important to know that NetComm Wireless has no control over the network you use, please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for initial assistance. If they confirm that the network and configuration of your product is as expected for your needs they will normally progress the issue with us.
Can i update the firmware on my netcomm device?
Please note that NetComm supports the last two official firmware releases only. If you have upgraded your device and are still experiencing difficulties, please contact us. WARNING – if you received your gateway from an Internet Service Provider, please contact them before updating any firmware, as this may impact their ability to support you.
