Hi all, We do a lot of books where the manuscript is provided as Word text with endnotes. Since InDesign has not handled live endnotes prior to CC018, we always imported these with the Endnotes box checked in Word, and then the notes came in at the end of the story as plain text, with numbers at the start of each paragraph.
